I am a wooden flute maker, generally used to play tradional Irish music. Currently flutes are tuned in D and soon will be available in E flat.
The wood used is the Guayacan, highlighted by excellent properties for turning, acoustic and end product. The rings are made of alpaca. Alpaca is a cheaper metal than silver, and can work as well as the latter.
The flutes have excellent sound and tuning and are made entirely by hand. Possess tuning slides, made of polish brass pipes.
The flute holes are small enough so anyone with small hands can play them.
